• Meet legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

For conversation data processed on behalf of a customer, that customer generally determines the purpose and retention period. Please direct requests about a specific conversation or customer account to the organization that collected it.

We share information with service providers that help us operate Aural AI, under appropriate confidentiality and security obligations. We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes described here, to provide the services, resolve disputes, and meet legal requirements.
