Using Aural AI

Customer content

AI-assisted interactions

Aural AI can generate or transmit responses using automated systems. You are responsible for configuring appropriate workflows, reviewing outputs where needed, and ensuring that your use of the services is suitable for your customers and industry.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the services reliable, but they may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, updates, or events outside our control. We may improve or change the services over time and will communicate material changes where required.
